This source of energy has also an importance for protecting our environment from pollution. Such kind of implementation helps people for the improvement of their financial, social, educational & health conditions. This also provides the job opportunities to the people of remote areas. So, the main objective of the company is to provide permanent service to the people in the field of renewable energy source plantation and to save the environment from pollution. This Energy and Construction Company Pvt.Ltd. (EAC) has been registered in 13/12/2062 under the ministry of supply, industry & commerce and has been paying the tax in the office of register located at lajimpat

As the conventional energy is a non renewable energy once it will be used up. But renewable energy lasts for ever. So, the importance of renewable energy is going to increase and increase. In this sense, the field of SHS is seen very wide .This system is mobile & can be transferred from one place to another place. In any area it can be established. Further this energy does not pollute the environment with the passage of time people will understand the importance of this energy & its demand is in increasing trend. We see the clear bright future of this energy source.

Mission

Our company with the motto " Renewable energy-Today's requirement and qualitative service our commitment" is spreading its agents & staffs to different districts to collect the information about the necessity of costumers of the remote areas so that appropriate programs can be launched there. For this purpose branch offices have been established in different districts for decentralization of the service system. So that the consumer can receive the fast service.
          This office also helps in the case of difficulty encountered with the consumer in the solar home system. The staffs of the office are responsible for taking demand, delivering, installation and repair and maintenance. To provide the financial support to the poor people of the community, we are in co- ordination with different organization such as clubs, NGO, INGO etc. in this regard these organization are requested to invest partially to the community people for the plantation of solar home system. It is a kind of matter to promote the people about renewable energy. Our company also plays a role to connect the poor people of the community with the finance companies and banks for the micro finance (loan) in the reasonable interest rate. From this finance they can introduce the solar home system and the company is paid in the installs.
          A concept of collection commitment has been introduced in the service  of our company in certain places this collection commitment ,certain number of people more than ten community are allowed to invest 65 percent of whole amount together for using solar home system . The remaining amounts have been paid with in one year since the solar system launched or installed.

Management and Administration Structure:
 
  In order to conduct the company in a manageable way three personals are fully involved & the work responsibilities is distributed among them. Two for technical, marketing and research support program and next or over all management of the office. The technical manager is responsible for development, Services Promote, post installation services, research, and training program. Administration manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, co-ordination with line agencies and smooth operation of the company. They are assisted by other staffs.

Plan and procedure to return the used batteries.

There is an important role of battery in solar energy.  It stores current and supplies as the needs, but the batteries have no longer functioning as the modules do. The batteries do not work not more than four or five years. The batteries which are damaged are harmful to health and environment and it needs to make the costumers aware about it. In this context staffs, agents, dealers & the related persons have to acknowledge about it. The staffs suggest to the costumer to recollect the damaged batteries to the branches offices and will be sent to the head office. At last they will be recollected to the manufacturing company or agent for safety. In case of recollection company has managed to provide minimum portion after sales service of amount to persuade people. The field staffs/dealers/agents/ are directed that it is responsibility to collect the damaged batteries and send them to the head offices. 

  A) Production Strategy
 

The company is itself manufacturing the required solar home system. The required materials for manufacturing such as solar module, battery, charge controller, lamp etc are purchased locally. In course of gathering these materials we confirm that whether these are recommended by RETS, NIPQA standard and NS or not .the only recommended materials are used in system manufacture which ensures the quality.

         
The manufactured system is installed in the demanded community by well experience technicians who has passed CTEVT L-1 exam. At the same time the ways of using the system is reminded to the user. We have the well managed programs for the after sales service. The user is required for the proper use of the system
  B) Branch/Dealer/Agent Networks:
 

In these days the company is selling its products in different districts as doti, achham, bajura, darchula, makawanpur, Baglung, Myagdi, Jajarkot, Salyan, Shankhuwashava, Gorkha, dhading, Sindhuli, Ramechhap, Okheldhunga, Nuwakot,Parbat,Gulmi through the branches, dealer and agents. In the coming days the company is going to expand it service in the other districts like Bajhang, baitadi Khotang,Udayapur, Bhojpur and Pyuthan so on. Till now total number of staffs and agents in this company are 30. The company is going to increase the number of other staffs according to necessity. The estimated staffs are managerial 3, technician 1(ME) administrative 1 (Msc) , accountant (BBS) ,CTEVT L-2  7 passed and other 1 appeared , CTEVT L-1    11  persons and  three support staffs in head and districts offices .
          In the program launched districts, we have provided the facilities of sales, after sales service & repair and maintenance. It has also covered the area of joining districts of the serviced districts. The layout of the organization chart is tabulated below.

 
 

In the short period the company has expanded its service through the well marketing policy and its implementation due to which it is sure of its goal. in this marketing policy ,branch, dealer agents reach to the costumers with door to door program to aware, encourage, motivate and to convince about the renewable energy . Along with they collect order, install solar home system and take required document (forms, photo and copy of citizenship). They are also responsible for after sales service, repair and maintenance and monitoring. Further the people are informed about solar home system through brochure, user manual book and by the advertisement broadcast through FM radio. In this marketing policy we contact to local community based organization (CBO), NGO, INGO, GO micro finance, bank and other responsible organization of the society for the promotion of business.
          The interaction program both staff and costumers are held in the community to overcome the queries  of those peoples about renewable energy and solar home system so that they can understand the importance of it and are motivated of its use. Door to door marketing policy is appeared to be best suited in the consciousness about solar home system in the user and community.

  D) Distribution and Sales strategy:
 

Since Two years we have been selling the solar home system in different districts. We are focus the community or VDC where there is no national grid. We send the staffs, dealers and agents for collection of demand after that the head office delivers the required system. In these distributions at least ten households in one VDC keep the solar home system. The persons conducting electronic business in the community is involved in the solar business policy.  By providing the necessary knowledge and skill to such persons, they employed to serve the community which can be sustainable because in the case of requirement or difficulty those persons are available for the repair and maintenance the system. Further that skilled person is allowed to sell the system in the case of demanded. The selling process is cash oriented but in the case of collection commitment the amount in the first install. The remaining portion is urged to complete within one year some systems may be sold in the co-ordination with agriculture development bank, Rastriya banijya bank.
